Capital Alliance Private Equity I (CAPE) was set up in 1998 to make equity and equity-relate investments in businesses located principally in Nigeria and more generally in West Africa. The primary objective of CAPE is to achieve high investment returns through selected investments in high potential sectors of the Nigerian/West African economies.
CAPE I’s investment size ranges from $1 million - $5 million with a typical equity ownership of $25% - 50% with significant minority rights and board representation. Its Advisory Board CEOs of its investor companies who advise on policy and conflict resolution.
