Capital Alliance Private Equity II (CAPE II) was formally launched 2006 to make equity and equity-related investments in high-growth target sectors in Nigeria and the rest of West Africa. CAPE II is structured as a follow-on fund to and builds on successes experienced in CAPE I by continuing to partner with companies committed to success. Target sectors include oil & gas (local content, downstream and services), information technology, telecommunications, financial services and outsourcing services.

CAPE II’s investment size ranges from $3 million - $15 million with a typical equity ownership of $25% - over 50% with significant minority rights and board representation. Its Advisory Board is made up of representatives of its investors who advise on policy and conflict resolution.
