Capital Alliance Real Estate (CARE) is the real estate division of Africa Capital Alliance ("ACA") . CARE's primary focus on the maximization of real estate asset values on behalf of clients. There are three main areas of operations and they include the following:

Real Estate Advisory - CARE currently provides a selection of advisory services to a number of clients. Our services in this arena include structuring real estate development and investment transactions, fund raising (equity and debt syndications) and the provision of financial advisory services.

Real Estate Management Services - To add value to our financial advisory business, we sought out and entered into joint venture agreements with two strategic companies. These companies will bid to provide technical support where necessary for the Trust projects.

Real Estate Fund Management - The proposed Trust is our first real estate fund. Building on our financial advisory and management services experience so far, we believe CARE will be in a position to establish and manage a Trust in the not-too-distant future.
